4 cup Corn, cut from about 8 ears
1/2 x Green Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 x Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup Butter or Margarine, melted
1/2 cup Half-and-Half
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine corn, bell peppers, and butter in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Add half-and-half, season with salt and pepper, and cook uncovered over low heat 5 to 7 minutes more, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir frequently during cooking.
