OR 6 ears corn, kernels removed
3 tbl chopped fresh mint
1/2 tsp salt

In large skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring often, until softened, about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring often, 3 more minutes. Serve hot.
