2 pkt (8-oz) cream cheese, sofened
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
1 tbl Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Red pepper
1 can (8-oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 can (4.5-oz) chopped green chiles, drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes. Yeild: 4 Cups
