Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 tbl Butter, (55 g.)
650 gm Cooked and diced chicken, (optional)
1/4 cup Corn, cooked (250 g.)
200 gm Mushrooms
2 pkt Corn soup mix, (prepare the sauce with 2 cups (480 ml.) milk)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: HEAT two tbsp. butter and saute the chicken well. Add the cooked corn and saute for two more minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for a minute. Add the sauce, salt, pepper and the remaining butter. Keep stirring for about five minutes or till thick.

To serve, put a little hot corn-mushroom mixture in the pattie shells and serve hot.
