Ingredients:

2 x Corn on the cobs
425 gm Can of tomatoes, juice only
----------------- FOR THE SPICE PASTE ----------------
1/2 sm Onion, finely chopped
2 cl Garlic, peeled & chopped
1 tsp Coriander seed
1 tsp Cumin seed
1/2 tsp Grated fresh ginger root
2 x Green chillies, deseeded and chopped
1 x 1 inch piece cinnamon stick
Instructions:
Instructions: NOTES: 1 medium corn-cob will serve 3 as a side dish or 1 as main course.

CONVERSIONS: 425 g = 15 oz

ABBREVIATIONS: sm = small
cl = clove
ts = teaspoon

If you only have a hand blender or no blender at all, grind the coriander, cumin, cinnamon and clove in a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar.
