6 x Corn ears husked, and cleaned of silk
6 tbl Unsalted butter
1 tsp Cayenne pepper or to taste
Juice of 2 limes - (abt 2 tbsps)
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the corn and cook just 4 minutes, no longer.

Meanwhile, melt the butter with the cayenne. Add the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
