Instructions: * ( I just nuke an apple and mush it with the braun)

Preheat over to 425 degrees farenheit. Spray a skillet (cast iron) or I use a medium size Visions pot or any other kind of casserole dish, with pam or lightly oil and set the pan into the oven to preheat.

Mix all the dry stuff together and add the wet stuff. Mix well but dont beat it to death. Pull out the hot pan, pour the batter in and bake for 20 minutes.
