2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup butter
1 cup half and half
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Scald half and half cream with butter and add to combined mixed dry ingredients.Mix in the eggs. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes or tested done. allow to stand a few minutes before cutting.
