4 x ripe tomatoes
2 cup crumbled cornbread
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 x bacon slices - (to 6) cooked, crumbled
3 x green onions - (to 4) chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove tomato cores; scoop out pulp, and place in a bowl, leaving shells intact

Stir together tomato pulp, cornbread, and remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into tomato shells.

This recipe yields 4 servings.

Comments: Remove tomato pulp from the shells easily with a grapefruit spoon.
