1 cup Amish batter see recipe
2 x eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal Combine all above in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

1/4 cup oil
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix until well blended and pour into well greased 9" square pan. Bake at 425F 25-30 minutes.
