3 tbl margarine
1/4 cup flour
14 oz beef broth
1 tsp salt
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 tbl prepared horseradish, drained
12 oz canned corned beef, cubed
1 lb potatoes, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Add flour. Cook until bubbly.

Remove from heat. Stir in broth gradually. Return to heat and cook until thickened. Stir in cheese until blended and add horseradish. Remove from heat. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 2-quart casserole. Place the potatoes in bottom and sprinkle with salt. Add cabbage, then beef cubes. Pour sauce over and cover. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
