Instructions: Break apart corned beef in Dutch oven. Stir in potatoes, tomatoes (with liquid), onions (with liquid), frozen peas & carrots, salt, marjoram, & thyme. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat & cover tightly.
