Instructions: Combine potato buds, boiling water, instant onion, horseradish, salt and pepper; add corned beef spread and mix thoroughly. Roll about 2 teaspoons of corn beef mixture around a cheese cube to form a ball. Dip balls in egg and roll them in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
