Amount Ingredient
5 x Pieces of chicken or a large london broil:
1 cup Cider vinegar
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
5 tsp Salt, (I usually reduce this to 3 tsp)
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients, marinate meat for at least an hour, up to 24 hours.
