Instructions: Soften the butter. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Sift flour, cornflour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture with cornflakes. Combine well. Roll tablespoonsful into balls and place on greased baking trays. Flatten tops with a fork. Bake at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes. Tip: If you dont want to fuss with creaming the butter and sugar in this recipe, melt the butter and mix in the icing sugar instead.
