6 x	Cornish hens, halved
	Salt, to taste
6 tbl	Red wine
1/4 cup	Margarine, melted

Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty foil. Mix wine, margarine and lemon juice. Bake at 325 F, 1 hours, basting frequently with sauce until all is used. Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer.

My Note: Never use wine in a recipe that you wouldnt drink.
