Instructions: In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, corn, egg, and oil. Stir in Spam.

Using 1/3 cup for each pancake, pour batter on greased griddle and bake over medium heat until browned on bottom. Turn and brown other side.

Serve with maple or buttered pancake syrup or honey.
