4 x shoulder lamb chops, slashed on fat side
1 tbl salad oil
2 tbl red wine vinegar
2 tbl minced dehydrated onion
1 clv garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix together all seasonings. Pour over lamb chops and cover tightly. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight, turning meat a few times. Take lamb from refrigerator 1 hour before you plan to broil it. Remove from marinade and broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until brown. Turn and repeat.

Serves 1 or 2
