1 cup Granita biscuits
50 gm butter
2 tsp hot water

250 gm cream cheese
150 gm cottage cheese
4 x eggs
2/3 cup sugar (caster)
1 tbl lemon juice
2/3 cup cream
Instructions:

Finely crush biscuits.

Combine biscuit crumbs, melted butter and hot water in a bowl and mix well. Press into a 20cm pie tin to cover base and sides.

Filling:
Cream cheeses in mixer. Add sugar and eggs and continue beating. Fold in cream and lemon, mix until incorporated. Fold through blueberries.

Fill prepared pie dish with cheese mixture and bake in a moderate oven 350F/180C for approx 45 minutes.

Turn oven off and allow to cool in oven for 10 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with whipped cream, custard.
