Instructions: 1. Cream together cottage cheese, butter, egg and cream.
2. Combine flour with salt, thyme and baking powder. 3. Make a hole in the flour mixture and dampin the cottage cheese mixture. 4. Gradually blend starting from the center and bringing down flour mixture from edge, making a soft dough. 5. Turn out on lightly floured board, knead 30 sec. then roll into 1/2" thickness. 6. Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet. 7. Bake at 450 degrees 10-12 min. Email this Recipe:
