Amount Ingredient
1/3 cup Nonfat buttermilk
1/2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
1 tbl Lemon juice
1 tbl Nonfat Parmesan cheese
1 x Scallion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1 tbl Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp Dried dill
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth.

Chill in a covered container 4 hours until serving.

Serves 4. 31 calories
yogurt for cottage cheese. Delete parmesan cheese & dill. Add 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 2 Tbsp. honey.
