Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add pineapple juice. Chill until liquid begins to congeal. Combine drained pineapple, cheese, nuts and salt and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Un-mold on lettuce leaves and garnish with mayonnaise and strips of pepper.
