Ingredients:

400 gm Cottage cheese, cubed
1 x Capsicum, chopped fine (50g.)
200 gm Curd
2 tsp Salt, (10 g.)
1 tbl Garam masala powder, (15 g.)
1 bn Coriander leaves, chopped fine
15 gm Mint leaves, chopped fine
6 x Flakes, (12 g.) garlic, chopped fine
Salt to taste
----------------- FOR THE GARNISHING ----------------
100 gm Red cabbage, shredded
Instructions:
Instructions: Crush the chopped capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost resembles a paste. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes for two hours in this mixture. Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done. Serve with lime slices and shredded red cabbage.
