Instructions: Cut potato in 1/2 and in 1/2 again then slice spray fry pan w/pam
add sliced potato & spread out evenly in fry pan let brown then "stir fry" until all the potatoes are evenly browned & crisp (I like mine crispy so Ill put a cover on the pan to "steam" the potatoes & make sure theyre cooked through - stirring them several times before I do the final browning) Email this Recipe:
