Instructions: Melt the butter on DEFROST in the microwave for one & a half minutes then stir in the bread crumbs and cinnamon. Return to the microwave for 6 minutes on HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes. Leave to cool and crisp up before adding half the sultanas.
Peel, core and slice the apple. Place in a bowl with the sultanas and remaining sugar, cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes; drain and cool. Take out four slices of apple for decoration. Make a few chocolate curls for decoration then melt the remaining chocolate on DEFROST for 4 minutes. Stir until smooth, leave to cool. Whip the cream and yogurt together until holding its shape then fold in the melted chocolate. Place a spoonful of the chocolate cream in the base of each glass, cover with a layer of crisp breadcrumbs then apple and continue in layers, ending with the crisp breadcrumbs. Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight. Decorate with the reserved apple slices ands chocolate curls. NOTES : The different tastes and textures of chocolate and apple blend perfectly well loved dessert. Email this Recipe:
