Instructions: Drain lima beans, reserve 1/2 cup of liquid. In large skillet cook bacon until browned. Drain all but 1 teaspoon bacon fat from skillet.
Add onion, celery and garlic, cook 5 minutes ot until tender. Stir in catsup, lima beans, reserved lima bean liquid, and kidney beans, mix gently. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir in tabasco sauce. 6-8 servings. Email this Recipe:
