3 can Swanson Chicken Broth - (14 1/2 oz ea)
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves crushed
1 med carrot sliced
1 x celery stalk sliced
1 sm onion finely chopped
1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
2 can Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast or
Instructions:
Instructions: In large saucepan mix broth, poultry seasoning, thyme, carrot, celery and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.

Add chicken and heat through.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
