Instructions: Layer in 3-1/2 quart crockpot in same order as above. Pour soup mixture over cheese layer, butter over stuffing and finally juice, making sure that liquid moistens all of the bread.
Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours and on LOW for another 1 1/2 hours. You may eat it without anything, but since it makes a wonderful sauce and the stuffing sort of disappears into the dish, it is recommended serving it with plain rice. Email this Recipe:
