1 cup buttermilk
2 lrg eggs
4 tbl melted butter
1/4 cup stone-ground cornmeal
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl whisk together 1 cup buttermilk, 2 large eggs and melted butter. Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Spoon batter into molds and bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden.
