1/3 cup country Dijon mustard
3 tbl cider vinegar
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl chopped fresh rosemary
2 x onions, cut into thick rings
1 tbl olive or vegetable oil
1 pkt (about 2 pounds) PERDUE(r) FIT N EASY(r) Fresh Skinless Chicken Thighs
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat grill* or broiler. In small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and rosemary until blended.

In medium bowl, combine onions, 2 tablespoons mustard mixture and oil and toss until evenly coated.

Grill* or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with mustard mixture, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180F.

Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Grill onions in grill* wok or on grill screen, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Serve chicken with onion rings.

Ready In: 30 minutes
