Amount Ingredient
1 lb thinly sliced Smithfield ham
8 slc baby Swiss cheese
16 slc pumpernickel
1 x recipe bourbon mustard
1 x recipe apple slaw
----------------- Apple Slaw: ----------------
2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 x thinly sliced red onion
1 x juliened apple, core and seeds removed
1 tbl chopped pickled jalapeno
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 tbl chopped mint
1 tbl honey
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and white pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the salt and
white pepper. Mix thoroughly and season with salt and white pepper.
----------------- Bourbon Mustard: ----------------
3/4 cup Creole mustard
2 tbl Steens 100% Cane Syrup
1 tbl honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.

Spread 8 slices of the bread with the bourbon mustard. Next place a slice of cheese followed by 2 ounces of the shaved ham. Finish the sandwich with 1/4 cup of the slaw and another slice of the bread.
