Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F. In a bowl combine two cups cooked rice, milk, salt and remaining ingredients, except the cookies. Blend continously. This is more a folding action to avoid smashing the rice. Lightly oil the bottom of a baking dish. Pour in the mixture. Cover with crushed cookies. Bake for 45 minutes.
