Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

In a large skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper, breaking up sausage, until sausage is brown. Drain thoroughly. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with cheese.

Stir together baking mix and eggs with a fork until blended. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
