1/4 cup	warm water
3 tbl	vegetable oil
2 tbl	honey
1/8 tsp	salt
2 cup	white flour
1 cup	whole wheat flour
1/4 cup	flax seeds
2 tbl	sesame seeds
1 tbl	poppy seeds

Instructions:

Instructions: Add ingredients to bread bin in order of list. Select white/whole wheat/light crust. Takes 3-4 hours according to your machine. I set mine for 4 hours to get the extra knead. Excellent bread.
