1. Coat chops in scasoned flour heat oil in pan add chops and fry for S minutes on each side remove and keep warm. 2. Fry onion pepper and courgettes together until soft about S minutes. Place on base of shallow ovenproof dish pour over can of tomatoes. 3. Place chops on top of tomatoes. 4. Place breadcrumbs margarine and apple in a bowl season and bind together with an egg yolk. 5. Press mixture on top of chops sprinkle with grated cheese and cook . servings: 4 small oven: 180 degrees C 45 minutes PREHEATED bottom shelf fan oven: 170 degrees C 40-45 minutes COLD START Email this Recipe:
