2 cup	bread flour
1/3 cup	potato flour or bread flour
1/3 cup	mashed potatoes room temperature
7/8 cup	water
1/2 tbl	honey
1 tsp	salt
2 tbl	unsalted butter room temperature
1/3 cup	instant nonfat dry milk solids

Instructions:

Instructions: Bake whole potato in microwave oven; mash. Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the Basic cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
