Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (with butter) a 9x13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients except eggs and oil. Beat eggs and oil together, then mix into courgette mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until center sets. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
