3 x Tomatoes (sliced and peeled)
1 sm onion sliced
Dash of worchestershire
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Layer courgette and tomatoe and onion, then repeat. Put dots of butter on top. Bake 350 degree 45 min. to 1 hour. Top with cheese if desired.
