Instructions: Here is a Couscous&mushroom&chickpea recipe.

Conventional Method: In a large saucepan, saute onions, garlic, and red pepper in oil, until golden. Add mushrooms and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer. Add water or broth:bring to a boil. Stir in couscous along with remaining ingredients, cover and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all the liquid has been absorbed, about 5-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
