Cook instant couscous, following the instructions on the packet and using chicken consomme instead of water. Drain and rinse chickpeas, heat through and toss with the cooked couscous. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Serves 6. Email this Recipe:
