3/4 cup water
1/2 cup couscous
2 cup tiny peas
2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place water on to boil. As soon as it boils, remove from the heat and add the couscous and peas. Cover with a lid and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and add oil, salt and pepper to taste. Place the lid back on the saucepan to keep warm until shrimp is ready.

Makes 2 servings.
