Ingredients:

6 x Bananas
1 cup Minced onion
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Minced tart apples
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
2 cup Sugar
1 tbl Salt
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 cup Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Peel and mash bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all of the ingredients. Bake in a 350 oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal.

Makes about 2 pints.
