Amount Ingredient
1 tsp Canola oil
3/4 cup chopped green onions
3 x cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 oz canned crushed tomatoes (1 can)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions: Heat oil in large nonstick saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onions and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, ketchup, 1/4 cut water, orange juice, vinegar, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce (this is where I added the hot sauce). Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Makes 2 cups (8 1/4 cup servings)

Yield: 2 cups

NOTES : The recipe did not call for but 1 added 3 or 4 drops hot sauce, you can add more according to taste. (Chris E. would say I was a whimp!)
