Amount	Ingredient
2 x	Oranges, peeled & cut into pieces
1 sm	Onion, chopped fine
2 x	Minced Habaneros, or more (to your heat level liking)
1/4 cup	Chopped cilantro leaves no stems, or more
3 tbl	Fresh lime juice
2 tsp	Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp	Dried Mexican oregano

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour- then open a bag of your favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale - enjoy :-)
