2 x	Serrano chiles, roasted & pealed
1/2 x	White onion, roasted & chopped
4 x	Cloves garlic, roasted
1 x	Line, juice
2 tbl	Mexican oregano (up to 5)
2 tsp	Ground cumin

Instructions:

Instructions: This can be used as chile verde sauce or just for a dipping sauce

Take the ingredients, place in a blender/ food processor - blend til sauce is a liquid.
