Instructions: Crab Cake Directions: Whip eggs, add cream cheese, jalapenos and cilantro in food processor. Move to bowl. Add crab meat, pimentos, Monterey jack cheese, and bread crumbs. Make into 1/4" thick crab cakes. Roll in more crumbs. Fry in hot oil (peanut oil is best) till golden. Drain well. Serve with Mango-Avocado salsa.
Mango-Avocado Salsa Directions: Mix together mango, avocados, jalapenos, garlic, onion, cilantro and lime juice. Add tequila. Toss. Email this Recipe:
