6 oz cooked lump crabmeat
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
2 tbl nonfat mayonnaise plus
2 tsp nonfat mayonnaise
2 tbl chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tbl chopped fresh chives
1 tbl fresh lime juice
1 tbl dijon mustard
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 dsh liquid red pepper sauce (4 to 5)
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat broiler.

Pick over crabmeat to remove cartilage. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except Italian bread; blend well. Spread 1 T crab mixture on each bread slice; place slices on broiler rack. Broil 4" from heat 5-6 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Makes 8 servings; equals: 3/4 P, 1/2 B, 1/2 Fat, 5 cal
