1 x	Onion Finely Chopped
1 x	Green Pepper Finely Chopped
2 x	6 oz Crab Meat

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except cocktail sauce and shape into a large doughnut on a platter. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Immediately before serving, fil hole of doughnut with cocktail sauce and arrange crackers around the outside.
