3 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Maui onion, finely minced
2 tbl Fresh chives, chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, finely shredded
2 tbl Roasted peppers, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dsh Tabasco sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion.

Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well.

Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
