Instructions: Heat the oil, add the mustard and poppy seeds and cook until they crackle. Add the onions and saute well. Add the curry leaves, garlic paste, turmeric and paprika and stir fry.
Reduce the heat and add the yoghurt, sweetcorn and desiccated coconut. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, gently fold in the crab meat. Do not mash. Serve hot or cold. Email this Recipe:
